NJ Transit GP40PH-2B 4202 pushes Bay Head to Hoboken train 2312 past the North Elizabeth station. The 4202 is former Conrail GP40 3006, out shopped by the Juniata Back Shop during January 1994.

Originally built for the New York Central in 1965 as a GP40. 4202 is one of the oldest GP40PHs, on NJ Transit, turning 49 in just a few months.
